As a lifelong resident of California, Lena has lived in San Francisco for 10 years and has developed a unique understanding of the city. She is the Associate Licensee for the Davis Nguyen Group, and specializes in the sales and leasing of a variety of property types including mixed-use, multifamily, office, retail, and industrial.
Lena helps clients navigate through the complexities that are often presented during the buying and selling of assets. With a customer service background, Lena is client-focused and drives projects forward to achieve a successful transaction and positive experience for the client.

Curtis Shimosaka began his real estate career with Movoto, one of the largest real estate brokerages in the U.S. During his time there, he honed his client service and problem-solving skills by speaking daily with clients to understand their goals and navigate challenges together. This strong foundation in customer care set the stage for his success when he became a licensed real estate agent in 2018, focusing on the sale of a mix of single family homes and multi-unit investment properties.
Curtis leveraged his B.S. in Business Management and his customer-centric approach to guide clients through the complex process of real estate transactions. His interest in helping clients maximize the value of their properties led him to specialize in investment real estate. Today, as an Associate Licensee with The Davis Nguyen Group, Curtis focuses on the sales and leasing of commercial properties in the San Francisco Bay Area. His deep understanding of both residential and commercial markets allows him to advise clients on investment opportunities, with a results driven approach, that assist his clients achieve their short and long term goal.
Born and raised in the Bay Area, Curtis enjoys spending time with his wife, two daughters, and their labradoodle, Remi. When he’s not working, you can find him coaching his daughter’s basketball team, cheering on the Golden State Warriors, or exploring the vibrant communities of the Bay Area.
